These terms govern your use of Textloop, an SMS marketing and cart-recovery app for OpoShop stores published by Found. By installing or using Textloop you agree to them.
Textloop lets a merchant collect SMS opt-ins, send text campaigns and behaviour-triggered automations to their opted-in subscribers, and recover abandoned checkouts — delivered through the merchant's own Twilio account.
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to text messaging, including the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements. In particular you agree that you will:
Textloop provides compliance guardrails (consent gating, STOP/HELP handling, quiet hours, an opt-out footer) but does not provide legal advice, and you remain responsible for your messaging program.
Message delivery is billed by Twilio directly to your Twilio account. Textloop does not bill for SMS. You are responsible for your Twilio charges and for keeping your credentials valid.
You will not use Textloop to send spam, to message purchased or scraped lists, to harass, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or that puts carrier deliverability at risk.
Textloop is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Found is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us (if any) in the prior 12 months. We are not responsible for messages that fail to deliver due to carrier filtering, your Twilio configuration, or your 10DLC registration status.
You may stop using Textloop at any time by uninstalling it from your OpoShop store, which halts all processing. We may terminate access for violations of these terms.
